Meet your instructor:

Renu Diane Zagoria has been studying the Integrative Amrit Methods with Gurudev Shri Amritji and Kamini Desai, Ph.D since 2003. With a degree in Special Education and a minor in Psychology, Renu has always had a passion for children. In 2014, she was instrumental in developing the I AM Yoga Nidra™ for Kids curriculum that ultimately developed this training. She holds certifications in I AM Yoga® E-RYT 500, I AM Yoga Nidra™, I AM Yoga Therapy™ and I AM Reiki Master. She is a Senior Training Faculty of the I AM Yoga Nidra™ Professional Training and is the Lead Teacher of the I AM Yoga Nidra™ for Kids Training.
