Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, asserts that the root of disease lies in our separation from the whole. This disconnection from our own spirit leads us to believe that we are our mind, our emotions and our thoughts. As a result, the body operates from the software provided by our thoughts and emotions rather than the soul itself. The continuous mis-information fed to the body eventually leads to a lack-of-ease, which can eventually become dis-ease.

Yoga Nidra is a powerful and easy way to restore our connection to the Self beyond the mind… to our soul’s nature that restores us to ultimate health, peace of mind and a state of radiant vitality that is much more than the absence of disease.

Yoga Nidra is meditation made easy. You cannot do it wrong. It is a sleep-based meditation that involves a series of breath, body and awareness techniques. These techniques help you enter a conscious, sleep-like state where identification with thoughts, emotions, and unresolved experiences are spontaneously released and resolved. This online Yoga Nidra class is intended to allow you to receive the benefits of a guided Yoga Nidra class in the comfort of your own home or anywhere you choose to practice. Each session is around 30-35 minutes in length and begins with a short instruction on Yoga Nidra and its benefits. You are then guided through a different Yoga Nidra experience in each class.
